A Little Christmas Treat

Merry Christmas everyone!!! =D

For this special time of the year, I have a special Christmas treat for everyone:

A Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Swiss Meringue Buttercream,

And......

A bunch of Vanilla Almond Cupcake with Almond SMBC with a touch of Lemon Curd!
(Yes! yes! Lemon Curd.. This was my first lemon curd, and I couldn't believe how easy it is to make and how delicious it can be). Its sweet and lemony smell complete the almond flavour perfectly..

I made them extra moist this time to satisfy all tongues and tummies ;p
