I was so happy to have a chance to learn how to create this very life-like purple anemone flower and white freesias with the very nice mentor Jacqueline Butler from Petalsweet Cake (find her here). Although it took an hour and half to get to the place from home, but it’s all worth the effort. The class was held in Ro Z’s Sweet Art Studio in San Marcos, that’s 80 miles away from where I live! whew!
These are the students' entire outcome (my flowers are the one in the middle left):
Close up of my purple anemone flower and white freesia spray,
Those flowers were too pretty to be alone just like that, so I made a cake to treasure them and gave a touch of gold list on the edge of the "disc" to enhance it further.
What an experience! I will definitely go back to take another course..
Love,
.ella.
